Nisha Parmar rose to culinary fame on BBC’s MasterChef UK in 2018, where she was runner up.  She was celebrated for her signature presentatioin style, authentic family recipes, and travel-inspired Asian cuisine.

Nisha’s debut cookbook ‘SHARE’ - Asian Dinner Party Dishes was published March 2024 by Penguin Random House.  

Nisha Parmar is the brand ambassador for Shivering Mountain,  the craft gin distilled in Derbyshire.
